*****s and damn ********* of warranty insurance - RUN!!!!

We took up a warranty cover when we purchased our vehicle because we wanted peace of mind and as you may guess, we got a vehicle breakdown and we called AA Warrenties and they advised that we can take to the vehicle to any dealer/workshop of choice which has a VAT number which we did. When the qoute came Audi they said they will not cover it because the fault is in the glow lights and there is something wrong them. Mind you these are in the engene which they claimed they will cover when we took up the cover. Now when they have to pay up they refused saying that they do not cover glow lights even though they are part of the engine. I have dealt with cruel and the most deadly *****s in the motor industry but these people take the cup. They want you to pay for services will never be rendered to you. If you are offered this trust me, run!!!! Rather choose the worst of the worst as they will be better than AA Warranties.

All I want from AA Warrenties is my money back so that I can pay for the services that are needed in the car.

I am beyond livid.
