They don’t want to authorize the quote amount from the repairer to fix my gearbox

I’m very disappointed with the outcome of the my claim I thought I have a warranty cover only to find that it is not but just a ****.How can you pay for the labour only but not the parts.These people who are trying to explain are just mumbling and doesn’t make sense they explaining nonsense.Tomorrow I want to talk to your manager because what is on that assessment report is unfair,now it’s like I was at fault because after seeing that the fifth gear is not functioning I just went home and parked and I was just 5 minutes away from my place.Which means all the parts you’re saying are covered is a lie.Here I was just misled and deceived which is against the consumer protection act.I will take this matter further but at the moment I need to speak to the manager if I’m not satisfied I will take it further and cancel this useless cover

I beg all the people who are covered by AA to cancel this **** this is a **** you believe that you have a cover only to find that it’s just a group of people who are busy ****ming South Africans.We must not allow this please cancel this nonsense.Im also canceling it

All the AA people I spoke to they are very rude and I think they are being taught to be rude because the management knows that this a **** they give a **** if it’s comes to customer set

They failed even to pay for the failed gear which is gear number 5 ,This AA **** caused a lot of stress and frustration to me .

If you look at the reviews 100% of people are not happy about this ****

I’m asking myself why they wanted the detailed quote for all damages whilst they knew they were not going to pay for them.Please people just join me by canceling this **** insurance company and please make other people aware about this AA **** and encourage them not take any policy from them.I started on instagram encouraging people not take any policy from and i will continue to do so.I want to make sure that all people become aware about this AA ****

There are good companies like Outsurance Motorite I encourage all people who covered by AA to cancel AA and join these companies these are very good and reliable companies not this AA ****
