Terrible service. No straight answers.

Terrible service. No straight answers. Towed my car to VW Barons Bellville for repairs using AA Roadside, because AA told me I need to take it to a RMI approved workshop. Only to find out after 4 days of calling back and forth that they won't cover with VW because they don't have an account with them.

I asked if it was fine if I take it to VW Barons Bellville and you said yes. Which was a lie,

Now I asked them to move my car only 6 km away from VW to an AA approved workshop. And now they won't. I have to pay for it.

Their customer service is horrible. I really hope they end up paying out my warranty claim.

I have been without a car for almost 2 weeks now because of delays and constant back and forth without straight answers.
