TERRIBLE SERVICE AND A WASTE OF MONEY

This is the worst warranty company ever, I don't understand how they are still operating, all they do is lie and ***** money from people I have been paying for the past 3 years and I only needed to claim now for a water pump and thermostat, they say they cover for these items but if you read more carefully you would see that it doesn't matter how the part breaks or stop working because either way they say the part was internally/externally damaged or the part is a wear and tear part so what must happen to a part if a client needs to claim and get approved? It has come to my acknowledgement that whatever happens and whatever has been said this company really doesn't care about it's clients my car has been parked now for the past 7 months.
