Terrible claim process with AA warranties.

Not satisfied with review Claim Number: 38174 I have a warranties with AA lodge and claim for my control arm as well as the Engine oil cooler that is leaking + and issue with my crankshaft. These people gave me R4000 to only fix the control arms even though I was quoted R10 000 I had to pay R6000 out of pocket. They repudiated the claim for my Engine oil leak even though the engine is a covered component as well as the crankshaft issue was not even Acknowledged by them and they confirmed this week via email it is a covered component. I would not encourage anyone to make use of them as it is the most useless warranty you could have, at the end of the day you will pay for everything yourself.
