Stay away from AA Warranties and Lombard insurance

I've been an AA member for many years and after a lot of calls from the AA wanting to sell me a AA warranty i went along with it. Recently I picked up an electronic warning. After inspection I was told that it's a sensor in the gearbox. After submitting my claim, I was told that the warranty does not cover that part of the gearbox. (claim 28042) I then sent my complain to Lombard Insurance who is the insurance holder for AA Warranties. I was told that someone will contact me. All went dead. Nobody is coming back to me. I do not recement that you do any dealing with the AA or Lombard insurance
