So much for AA roadside assistance

Worst company ever!! Hold on for more then an hour for roadside assistance calling various numbers. No one answers nothing, getting dark en weather is building up, with my wife and and small child. No water no food not near to a town. After calling a towing company to help they try to get hold of them as well. Phoning them they dont even pick up any thing on our ID No. 2 and a half hours later sitting and waiting still, no food or water and its getting dark. I will make sure this goes viral on every social media platform, and if possible take this up with my lawyers. And they are not even willing to tow as back to our home town.
