Shocking Service AA Warranty & Lombard insurance

I would urge anyone thinking of taking out a policy with AA Warranties, Underwritten by Lombard insurance to be very careful as in my opinion their policies are not worth the paper they are written on. The call centre agent will assure you that you will be covered should a part fail, however they do not draw your attention that the part actually has to be "fragmented, cracked or in pieces" The fact that a part failed is not acceptable to AA warranties. Secondly the "fragmentation or cracking into pieces should have nothing to do with wear and tear which I cannot understand at all as this is an aftermarket warranty and all vehicles have wear and tear. Tread very carefully when dealing with these charlatans
