Re: AA warranties Refuses to Pay for Services they Promised
I'm very disappointed on how we're ********** by AA warranties. We took a warranty cover with them and we never missed any monthly payments, but currently we have a problem regarding fixing the car water pump. We tried to put up a claim with them but they keep on saying that the water pump falls under wear and tear items while the policy documents clearly indicate that AA covers water pump repairs. We're heartbroken and disappointed to be treated this way as we have been very loyal customers to AA warranties. This is not a way of making money by robbing customers of their money.
N.B. Be careful of such warranties with good looking documents in writing but with no good rewards when. you need the services you purchased from them!!
