I have a policy with them and they failing to pay for the repairs of my vehicle as it broke down, they only want to pay the minimal amount and not the rest of the repairs. i find this unfair and unprofessional to me as a customer. what is a point of having a warranty cover that you pay for if you not gonna get assistance when you in need.
