Part Not covered by Policy

I took out a “bronze” plan for AA Velocity Warranty, as well as on the “prestige” plan for AA Performance Plus Warranty, my EGR cooler needed replacing, I was called and told by AA that is this part excluded from the components (a part that costs 11k + at Land Rover??). So disappointed in this warranty, how can this essential part be overlooked and not be considered as important, so they were only willing to pay R1750 for the entire job that is now sitting at over R17800 !!, not a happy customer at all!!
