Non existing customer service

Does this company even exist? The only time I was able to reach to them was when they called to sell me their product. I've been struggling to reach out for about a week and their phone takes forever and then cuts off. As for their email, you get an automatic reply promising that they will get back to you in 48 hours which never happens. The product the sales lady sells is different from the one on the policy document, this is wrong.
