I have a AA warranty which I have been paying this car, they fail to assist on my first claim which was sent early June this year. I was advised to strip the car which is that was done and pictures were taken, they still didn’t pay for the claim and I ended up taking a personal loan to cater for the car, on the 07th August 2023 they came to tour the car which is I reported my issue and was advised to allocate my Mechanic. We’re being taken for granted as they require the guy to strip the car again, I don’t understand as to why they failing their clients. Consultant Rendani R Mashau is *********** and rude, not helpful at all instead he’s persisting that we strip the car yet fail to send an inspector to that cause I am using this car for work purposes and working far for God’s sake. I’d never recommend anyone to use AA, their service is poor.
