Mr Nkosi : AA WARRANTIES Claim

been sending numerous emails to AA insurance and its seems like I’m not getting any luck to be assisted.

I honestly can’t be well while I am being taken from pillar to post to get my car fixed, what was the reason for them to tour the car if they’ll keep on disputing my claim, first claim they requested me to strip the car and I did as per what was instructed for me to do, I wasn’t assisted. This matter is prolonged from last week and I’ve been absent from work as i work at Vereeniging. This is my second attempt to request for assistance and I’m writing to u guys for the second time now and they’re still asking me to strip the car again, I still remain with the fact that the mechanic will not strip the car on our side of which they need to send their own assessor to strip it themselves cause at the end of the day I am left with the damage and they end up not assisting me, i need clear feedback as soon as possible or rather refund me all the monies I’ve been paying, I can’t let this slide, I not considered in all of my claims. They shouldn’t tell me about their terms of disciplinary measures, I already don’t trust their services and I am no longer happy to be their client. My permission is for them to send a person to strip the car that’s final. I think I would have been long assisted and my matter would be resolved by now if I was white, it’s a pity I’m black and need to suffer like this, AA must fall period !!!
