KTM 1290 R super duke

I bought a KTM 1290 R super duke from east rand motorcycles it had Warrenty with AA the motorcycle broke down 3 weeks after having the bike gearbox problems the dealership east rand motorcycles said it was my fault changing gears without using a clutch they called out the Warrenty company AA who sent an assessor who they told the same story without the AA assessor actually checking the issue for himself they then cancelled my warranty saying it was abuse I then took the bike parts to KTM the agents they checked and did a report stating the gearbox had been worked on before and was not assembled properly causing it to then break I called the AA and spoke to the guy there who said they would escalate to management to have a look into re instating my Warrenty I’ve called left messages sent e mails they won’t respond or reply to my message or mails regarding this matter with the Warrenty for my motorcycle
