Insurance Hayenas!!!

Vehicle broke down in CPT in the middle of the road 31 May 2020 @ 20:19 and I called them immediately. They dispatched towing service from Pretoria. After 6/7 calls to them they agree to cancel and dispatch again. This time they dispatch from the Gulf of Mexico, yes you read correctly, the Gulf of Mexico. After another 10/11 calls they again cancel with agreement to dispatch again. After waiting extensively I call again (by now it's about 21:00) just to find out there was no dispatch done. They then dispatch and the towing service arrives 02:32, all this time standing smack-bang in the middle of the road. They tow the car to one of their preferred service providers whom now requires R7 000 to do an assessment and AA refuses to pay. Been fighting with them for days already. Interestingly one of their very own employees that works there apparently for many years, contacted me offline (probably saw my cell number in my email signature) and told me to pack up and run as quickly as I could and never look back. I was horrified!!!
