In 2019 February i bought secondhand Nissan np200 car with Juba motors

In 2019 February i bought secondhand Nissan np200 car with Juba motors. The car was on 169 000 kilometers, but on my contract it shows i bought it on 150 000 kilometers which is not true,roadworthy,license disc was not registered. I was told they already paid post office for the registration of the car,which was not true With AA warranties they refuse to pay my claim say the car was once late for service in 2018,which i don't understand because the by that year the car was not under my name
