I was misled by AA

I am very disappointed in the service I received from AA Warranties, when I initially took out this policy, the lady that sold me the policy told me that they the policy pays for any repairs that are required for any part that is covered which includes the engine, I submitted a claim that requires a replacement on a component in the engine and I am told that it is not covered, how is this not covered, this part need to be replaced as the car is in the workshop. AA Warranties is selling people dreams and I am disappointed in the service I have received from them. My advise is don't go with AA, they will debit and debit your account but when it's time to pay they will come with stories. If I was told there were Ts & Cs when claiming I could have made an informed decision before accepting this policy, I was misled and this needs to be taken up with the right people.
