I sold my vehicle which I took a warranty policy for, and I called AA to cancel it, made several calls with no success, I called, an employee of AA answered and promised that someone would call me in vain

I sold my vehicle which I took a warranty policy for, and I called AA to cancel it, made several calls with no success, I called, an employee of AA answered and promised that someone would call me in vain. I then called again the following day, this time I managed to speak to a Consultant who then told me that she had captured my cancelation request. A week later someone calls me from Customer service of AA and asking me why did I cancel my policy, I mean really, does this guy say that he didn't have access to what his colleague captured, well I don't know. Yesterday, the 22nd February 2023 I get an sms saying my account is outstanding, how so I don't know because I have canceled it two weeks back. AA Warranty must get their house in order.
