I don't reflect as a customer after paying for 4 months

I pay R314.00 for the last 4 month. Tonight 9pm after dinner out, got back to my car and battery was completely dead. Called my AA as i have a warranty and it should offer road side assistance, i was told something along the lines of my policy does not exist. Thanks AA, 4 months of paying to be told i am not on the system. It was embarrassing, frustrating and disappointing, i felt ****** as i ordered an Uber and left my car there for the night. I can see the debits off my account, but you could not honor a basic road side service. This is the first time i use the warranty service. I expect to be credited the last 4 months back before you make any further debits off my account. I hope we do not need to get the Ombudsman involved.
