FIRST time not a Satisfactory Service

I am not happy with service I have been getting from AA since February , I took out a scratch & dent(bodiwize) was told to pay r225 for me to claim immediately ,I had to ask them were to take the car too ,they forwarded an email with all the registered panel beaters .I have contacted those panel beaters about 4 of them & they told me they are not accredited with AA to fix scratches & dents, I called in today(12/08/2022)spoke to Tukela who told me to just got "Any" registered panel beater they will do an assessment and send them a quote what confuses me is i am just got drive to any dealer they claim is registered with the and tell them to do the assessment and send the quote to AA.I am really not satisfied with the service because AA says a different story and their claimed Panel beater say a different story. I hope this matter will be resolved & I get treated as well and religiously paying client. Let alone this is my first encounter with you guys because I got a referral from one of your clients who trusts you. I might have been sold a dream.
