false advesting from aa

i had a bad experience with them ned bank bought me a plan from AA which am paying off monthly .my car cooling had a problem i asked them if they have a specific workshop they prefer to tow the vehicle they said no anywhere rmi approved and vat registered so i did that the quotation came and it was 5200 they only paid 1800 i had to pay the balance based on their technical team it takes one our to replace the thermostat housing on a vw kombi T5 VW quoted them 4 hours as the need to strip the entire from lights bumper etc to get access to the affected parts its time i cancel and look for something else.to pay labour on their rate they should have did it themselves useless service
