Failed to honour

Since 2020 I have being paying my mechanical warranty. My car broke down in December and had to overall engine due to overheating. They told me they approve 685 rands only. I needed their help most but what can I say .I call them sea******s.only 16000 was needed to fix my car. So don't fall into their trap find other Warranties
