Don't use AA ever

Would not recommend AA to anyone, my car has been on a breakdown since last week waiting to be fixed, I have been send from pillar to post by the consultants that are unprofessional and extremely irritable over the phone. How long must one wait to get a service on their car? I'm loosing out on business as it it. The provider I'm using has sent the documents through, whenever I phone them to find out how far my claim is, they always tell me the guy I spoke to is busy.. Is he the only one working there? ****ed!!!
