Dishonest service and tricking clients to state something that dint happen in order to reject a claim

i have a cliam with this company and it seems one wheel bearing is damaged. the consultant who i assume is not a technican wants me to and the workshop or should i say tried to trick us into stating that the damage is due to an impact.

he is making every excuse why this claim can not be paid , i would like this to go to the management to listen to all calls and read the reports in order to make a informed decision. for the reviews on this company its clear they are treating everyones claim the same way and rejecting it. i feel the ombudsman needs to review this company and bring them to book
