Disgusting Service from your Business Partners
I am deeply disgusted by the service I have received from Bosch Service Centre in Welkom trading as Auto Dok (Tembill Motors). Firstly they are extremely *********** when it comes to dealing with the claims process. Secondly they proceeded with repairs on my car without me giving the go ahead and without even giving me a quote as to how much the repairs will cost, how do you fix someones car without giving them an idea of how much it will cost?
The customer has to put in this claim on their behalf!!
The supervisor is extremely rude and isn't willing to help customers at all, how is this business still in Operation? I am appalled by what I have just experienced.
How is Such an *********** company on AA's repair network. Sies!!!
