Disgusting AA Warranty

I toke out a warranty with AA when I bought my used car. after 2 yrs this has now come to an end so I toke out another warranty with them so that my car would be covered. I opted to go on what they call the Gold level allowing me R30 000 worth of cover. in Dec I had a problem with the turbo on the car. I sent in a claim and this was denied because of slug build up. I am now having a problem with the multi air unit and again AA denied my claim saying the part is not covered. lets not even mention the disgusting "service" there consults offer!! AA should not be allow to sell this product they are just *****ing people money!!
