Customer service still non-existing

So, 6 days ago i complained about the non-existence of their costumer service and I got a reply(I don't know if it's an automatic reply or not) that my matter will be attended to in 2 business days. I'm writing again because I'm still waiting and in my waiting I've been calling everyday with no luck. This is so unprofessional and *************. I wonder if I will find someone if I can go to their offices...
