This place is a complete ****, they use the AA name but you soon realise at claim stage that its all some clever marketing/branding. Customers usually think they are somehow affiliated with the AA Service Centres, but this is not the case. The AA Service Centers operate as independent workshops and are separate from the Warranties. They will do everything to avoid paying the claim, to the point of separating themselves from "THEIR" AA-approved workshops. They force you to use "Their" own workshops, secondly, they choose what components they will cover in a claim. I currently have a case with them at the Ombudsman for some scrupulous practices when it came time for me to claim. They just ride on the AA name to give customers some security, until it comes time to claim.
