Claim Rejected.

I had issues with my wife’s car and took it to VW, they quoted about R26000 to repair the car which the warranty only paid R11500 and we had to pay the rest. I had the car back for less then a week and it started giving me the same issue, so I contacted VW and they advised that I should immediately bring the car back which I did. VW then further diagnosed the car and mentioned that they need to Cylinder Head and Gasket and the quote is now at R21498.56 and AA refuses to authorize my claim saying they previous authorization stays the same even though no wits different components. They previously paid for Overheating, now there’s an Engine issue and they refuse to pay out.
