Cancel AA warranty asap and change to another warranty!!

Would be no Star rating if that was an option. Have a Ford Ranger 2015 Wildtrak Auto with 160 000 km on the clock. Had it for 7 months. The gearbox stated giving problems . I take it back to the dealer who then takes it in for repairs. They strip the gearbox and call AA for and assessor,,, Which we wait 2 weeks for. After this they say they need a second assessment and send the gearbox away to another shop. We now on a full month without a vehicle after this happens. After all this AA calls and says the problem is wear and tear and they only cover R12500. The Job is R71 000 to replace the gearbox. Now the fault that caused this is completely different to what AA has said is the fault. The mechanics at the workshop are outraged that AA says they don't know what they talking about and they gearbox specialist is wrong. I had the gearbox sent to a second private assessor. This assessor agrees with my case and my mechanics. But AA wont budge off their claim. So I have been sitting with no car for 4 month now waiting for AA to respond each time which takes about 2 weeks every time. We have done everything in out power to try and prove that the break is not driver error as it is an auto gearbox. And AA wont budge off their decision. So I sit with no car for a 5th month and R60 000 bill to fix it. So I have to take a loan on top of what I already owe for my vehicle just to have my Van back. AA are lying ******* and they take money with big promises and no paybacks. They will find any way to not pay you out for your mechanical warranty. what a bunch of jokes. Embarrassment to this country. to think this is how warranty and insurance businesses operate. I advise anyone on AA warranty to cancel now and change to another company. Pure lazy and disrespectful on the phone. I would like to submit all my findings and reports to carte blanch and see if they take on the case to shine a light to these *******.
