Cancel AA Warranties.
Extremely Disappointing Service
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I contacted the company because I wanted to cancel my ***, and instead of assisting me, the advisor placed me on hold and then disconnected the call after approximately 10 minutes.
I find this completely unacceptable. If a customer is requesting to cancel a ***, they should still receive professional and respectful assistance. Disconnecting the call without resolving the matter is extremely frustrating and leaves the customer with no option but to call again.
I would appreciate an explanation for what happened and a prompt resolution to my cancellation request.
