This was by far a very frustrating process, the agent had no ethic, no customer service etiquette. No telephonic etiquette. Agent **** to me more than once by saying they contacted me with track of those calls or emails.

I fealth boe**** into excepting what he just has to say and I have no say at all. Tried to explain to him what the situation is and caused but he had no empathy at all.

I have logged a query with insurance ombudsman.

I hated every minute dealing with this company. Yet my policy was paid in cash by myself.

Agent Rendani gave me the worst experience and very bad service.
