Bad service wrong Sale

I have a policy with AA Warranty and when I took the policy I was told I can take it any RMI approved dealership which I took it to Vw. Now am being told I need to take it to Bosch as they don't deal with VW. Now the is an assessment fee that needs to be paid they say the can't help me. They sat with the quotation since in the morning and they only telling me they can't go ahead and pay the claim. Asked for the recording as Sharon said per claim the limit it's R40 000.00 the quote from VW its R27 000.00 which they don't want to pay
