Bad service from AA insurance mechanical warranty

Hello Peter I would like to teach this company to train it's employees with the correct information regarding the marketing purposes I was with AA insurance mechanical warranty and I submitted claim on 2021/03/05 for motto wiper,they told me that they cannot pay my claim because my car is not on servce plan of which they did not tell me that in order to take their insurance my vehicle should a service plan .it costs me to pay R450 from approved dealership to collect my car as they inspected it of which I took my last cent to release the car So Iam making appeal to AA insurance ( Lombard insurance) to please train your staff when they hunt business for their company to use the relevant information And I did request permission first from the claim department before I booked my car to the approved Rmi
