Bad service

I was instructed by one of the agent to use the workshop on their panel... When I got there couldn't get asssisted with the car and was told my Mr nyathi to move the car to another workshop in Alberton of which they deal wigh and have good relationships.. Still couldn't be assistanced and I was told I can take it to any workshop of my own provided it's RMI approved. Which I did alll the time AA new about the car problem come claim stage and assesser was send and got the car not striped and email was send to the workshop stating the car should be stripped as they needed the picture before pictures could be send I got a call telling me the claim was declined now I need to carry the cost of stripping while they knew they going to decline
