AA warranty policy are worthless
This has to be the worst service received by a company as well as the warranty. I would advise people not to use AA warranties as there is no peace of mind should you want to claim. My hooter recently stopped working and when I call the claim dept. which I must say are very blunt and no help period, they initially advised me to take vehicle to a Vat registered Bosch branch for failure report of which the cost would be my own after telling me that the dealer needs to phone AA when I take my vehicle in. I called AA again only to be transferred to claims and the guy says that the problem with my vehicle is the Clock spring and he worked for Hyundai these issues are common and therefore it is not covered under my policy. There is no where in my policy that states Clock springs are not covered.
So after stating the useless nature of the service and product that AA has the guy just laughs at me and puts the phone down.
Really unprofessional and waste of money on a policy that looks for ways not to pay.
