AA Warranty Mayhem

I acquired a Policy from AA Warranties of which they told me I will have a peace on mind for having the policy as it cover most of the engine parts which i felt relieved about. on Friday the 26/06/2020 a claiming process was started and I was told to strip the car and that was done and they asked for pictures and service book which was provided then they declined my claim stating the wear and tear.This company sold me a policy but when it is time to claim then NATHI tells you that someone was suppose to explain to me that i something is not physically broken then they do not cover as it is wear and tear what bull **** is that.
