AA warranty complaint

I am very disappointed with the] service that i am getting from this company- i put thru a claim for my car engine. They are approving 8500.00 for over heating. they say that the Mac said it had a water leak - as per the fault report there was not water or oil leak- they call my husband and tell him why does he not take a load and fix our car- we take warranty for peace of mind when it is needed the most, not the get the run around. i am not 3 weeks without a car because of this. the agents are unprofessional. they are making up stories and not going on the facts. i would not advise anyone to take up a policy wit them- I was speaking to a friend who also had policy with AA, and he had the same problem with them-- when it comes time to claim they are not willing to pay claims.
