I'm am SHOCKED and preturbed to say the least. So I shall set it out as fact. Vehicle made knock sound apon acceleration. 1. Reputable Approved RMI workshop was identified. 2. 6 weeks later no instructions from AA. 3. Strip and access instructions given. 4. Quote submitted. 5. Response - claim for sensor!!!!!! Incorrect 6. Pictures taken and sent. 7. Wear and tear approval of R12000 8. Jeno auto who is subsequently also a accessor was shocked at this.

I have done some research and find Hello Peter a instant source of consistency showing lack of understanding and NOT Honouring clients claims as the "operitus modium" When purchasing the vehicle we where ASSURED that this is the premium brand and trusted in the motoring industry!!!!!!!!!! However I find the more I dig and enquire the more it becomes evident that it's high time THE PEOPLE take the AA to task. The AA is supposed to be a leader in SA motoring which I now am so disgusted that you the AA ,have by virtue of " integrity" and taking SA citizen's trust in a long standing in our country. A company such as your self has under minded SA motorist. You can be assured that by watever means deemed necessary this matter WILL be taken further both on a Legal platform, social media and or instructing a independent journalist to conduct further investigations on how this has gone on for so long unnoticed. Car Dealers selling such policies should also be brought to task and alleged "kickbacks" to be probed. This is a open ended letter and does not serve as a means of threatening or intimidating.
