AA warranty assessor hawgwash report on gearbox to save AA from paying

There is a dodging approach by AA for the gearbox of my Volvo cross-country repair cost payment. Their assessor came up with a hawgwash of saying the failure was as a result of worn parts, a complete opposite diagnosis to specialists who are Mayfair Gearbox repairing workshop. They need to pay for my car and stop making up stories.
