AA Warranty

Took out n warranty from AA Warranty on my wife's MB C220 Bluetec for a water housing unit under the diesel filter, which forms part of the cooling system. The policy is covered for R30 000.00 and I pay roughly R800 p.m. Just lodged a claim after more than two years for the first time since inception. Response from them: "We do not cover: Parts if not listed under the Covered Parts column in the Mechanical breakdown benefit table."

I mean c'mon AA warranty, it forms part of the cooling system?

Very disappointed in this policy, as this is supposed to give you peace of mind. Would consider other warranty service providers.
