AA warranties wont pay the full amount

My car broke down and I needed a new engine. I only got approved for R12000. They’re supposed to give me more that that. And the fact that k had to dispute the amount and waited for 1 week for them to tell me they are set with their decision. I’m kind of disappointed. And this was my first time using their service. I don’t think people can rely on such ****s.
