AA WARRANTIES Oil-filtter housing claim declined.

A bad and horrible company to be in business with, I've got an existing policy with the AA Warranties company which refuses to authorize my claim for a cracked oil-filtter housing which leaks the coolant. An engine coolant housing is not a wear and tear component, it is a casing part that is attached to the engine. The arrogance from their representatives asking me whether or not I've read the manual for me cover clearly indicates to me that *****ing people's money it is AA Warranties champion skill. Can someone please help me out as AA Warranties company is robbing me alive.
