AA Warranties - Misleading Policy ( Fine Print Deception)

Here is my rant about AA Warranty and why I will not consider them for future business. Bought a pre-owned vehicle and was advised to take out a Warranty from AA Warranty, Covered pretty much everything required. Included was the Diff of the 320d which all went through a pre policy check. Three months after receiving the car and using it, we detected a slight hum. took it for inspection, discovered a Differential issue. Called the Insurers , they requested it be stripped at our expense. After stripping it, they told us it they do not cover "Wear & Tear" this after they agreed 3 months prior to us taking delivery to pay them R 11 850 for the policy. They avoid covering this by quoting the " Fine Print - Wear and Tear" . This literally means they can refute every single claim, because when is a pre owner car not going to ever have wear and tear. We took it to the Ombudsman, but no help. So if I may give advise : DO NOT INSURE WITH AA WARRANTY and with every Warranty Insurer, Specifically ask if they cover Internal Parts of an Engine under that have normal Wear and Tear. It cost us out of pocket to have it fixed.
