AA Warranties is a waste of money

I purchased a pre-owned Audi Q3 in 2019 with a Evolver Plus mechanical warranty from AA Warranties. I had to fix a loose cam chain a couple of months after the purchase - AA Warranties rejected the claim. Last week I had to replace the intake manifold after it was found that a component was broken that resulted in the ECB light coming on. I was told yesterday by Mr Marko Britz, the claims assessor, that this claim was also rejected because the intake manifold wasn’t covered and a claim under ‘wear and tear’ would not be accepted, even though I have two claims for wear and tear under the policy. The warranty is worthless in my opinion as AA Warranties seems hell-bent to find reasons for not paying. They also know that the complaints route via the Ombudsman is a waste of time and hence are free to continuing *****ing customers. Thank you AA Warranties for taking my money and not honoring your obligations.
