AA WARRANTIES IS A ****, THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY BUT WON'T APPROVE CLAIMS :(

I just had a claim rejected on my vehicle. The water pump has issues (leaking coolant) and they tell me it's not covered because it's a wear and tear whereas the policy clearly states that it is covered under "cooling system". Must I wait for the vehicle not to be able to drive in order for them to accept it as a claim? After 3 years of paying and now they're telling me this? :( :(

I'm very unhappy with AA warranties. These guys are a ****. The premiums I've paid throughout the years are way above the money required to replace water pump.
