AA WARRANTIES IS A ****

AA Warranties refuse to pay the total costs quoted by a service provider that was recommended by them. They insist that the "market value" of both the failed part and labour is half the price of what an RMI approved workshop THAT WAS RECOMMENDED BY THEM has quoted. I asked the claims handler to send my car to the workshop they got those prices from and he failed to do so. He also insists that the 1st AA Representative that recommended the workshop wasn't supposed to do so. He was just supposed to tell me to take the car to any RMI Approved workshop and not specify which one. I'm covered for R50 000 Claim amount = 11 000 Approved amount = R4 000
