AA Warranties is a ****

My car is leaking coolent and the mechanics found my water pump needs to be replaced which is covered in my policy but when i claimed for the part they say they will only pay half of the money because the pictures that was sent to AA warranties is seal that is faulty and that's a wear and tear, but the quotation clear stipulates that the water pump must be replaced, iv been paying this policy for over 4 years now and i haven't claimed anything but the moment i submit a claim they find other technicalities not to pay and they say "ooh we are doing you a favor to pay half because you are our loyal client", imagine the nerve, i am so disappointed and disgusted.
