AA warranties bad service

I took my car to AA auto centre because the engine light was on. They told me it was the turbo. It took more than 2 weeks for their assessor to come and inspect the car. They then refused to pay for the turbo. I do not understand why they didn’t want to pay for the turbo because the turbo is covered for up to R30 000. I now have to pay R25 000. These people are good at taking our money but provide a nonsense service.
